This page describes what this website is, and what it is not. It is not the agreement under which we would work together — that is a separate document you would read and sign first.

What this site is

A description of a service. Nothing on it is an offer, a contract, a quotation, or a promise that we will work with you. If we do work together, a short written agreement signed by both of us sets the commercial terms, and that agreement — not this website — governs the work.

The samples on this page

The nine cookbook covers in the hero and the spreads in the Samples section are concepts we designed to show the standard of the finished product. They are not a client’s book and they are not published work. The recipes printed in the sample spreads were written for this page. We do not display other people’s work, and we do not publish testimonials, reviews or case studies; if that ever changes, anything we show will be real, current and attributable.

No earnings or results claims

We do not predict, promise or guarantee how many copies a book will sell, how much it will earn, or how quickly. We do not publish income figures, screenshots of earnings, or “typical results”. What a book earns depends on the creator’s audience, the work both sides put in, the price, the timing and plenty that nobody controls. Be careful with anyone in this industry who tells you otherwise.

Whose work is whose

Recipes, photographs, name, likeness and audience belong to the creator and stay with the creator; a written agreement sets out precisely how they may be used in the product we make together. The text, layout, artwork, photography direction and code of this website belong to Genesis 8. The sky and the sample covers on this page were generated with AI tools; the recipes and photographs inside every book we make are the creator’s own, and we do not put AI-generated recipes or AI food photography into a product.

Accuracy, and things we can’t promise

We keep this site accurate and current, but we provide it “as is”. We do not warrant that it will be uninterrupted or error-free, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the site. Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited, including for fraud or for death or personal injury caused by negligence.

Where we link to somewhere else, we are not responsible for what is there or for how that site handles your data.

Law

These terms, and any dispute about this website, are governed by the law of Israel, where Genesis 8 is operated. Any agreement we sign with a creator names its own governing law, which may be different.
